WORKSHOP OUTLINE

A yoga and breath session will be followed by a discussion about tools to support anxious and addictive minds.

ABOUT THE YOGA

Kundalini Global is an inclusive, safe and accessible form of yoga & breath. Everyone is welcome, and all levels and needs are accommodated. There is no need to have any experience of yoga, and you do not need to be flexible or fit. However, it Is not suitable for pregnancy.

About me: I have been running online and in-person workshops and retreats on gut health, mental health, addiction recovery and the menopause transition since 2019. My personal history of overcoming an alcohol addiction, a nicotine addiction and binge-eating has led me to have a special interest in working with people who struggle with anxiety, low mood, and / or addictions to alcohol or other damaging substances or behaviours.

WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Please read the following terms and conditions before booking your workshop with Unaddicted (trading as Recovery Nutrition Ltd). 


By booking a workshop with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.


1. Refunds: All payments for our workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. You cannot transfer your booking to alternate workshop dates and but you may transfer your booking to another guest. 

2. Therapeutic support: Our services are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Our services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling and trauma informed intervention. We will do everything in our power to maintain safe, therapeutic boundaries throughout our workshop. 

3. Injuries and health issues: By attending our workshop you assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which may incur through participation. It is your responsibility to ensure that a doctor has verified your good health and physical condition to participate in any of our workshop offerings. It is your responsibility to make the workshop provider aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the workshop services are provided. 

4. Confidentiality: We strive to maintain a confidential space during our workshops and ask that all participants maintain this agreement. In the event that yourself or someone else may be at risk of harm, we will break confidentiality as required.

5. Photography and Media: To maintain the privacy of participants, photography and filming will only be allowed with consent of all the guests. 

6. Intellectual Property: All content provided during the workshop, including materials, presentations, and resources, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any workshop materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the Organiser. 

7. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to treat all fellow participants, staff, and the workshop property with respect and courtesy. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour may result in immediate expulsion from the workshop without refund. 

8. Liability: Unaddicted (trading as Recovery Nutrition Ltd) is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur during the workshop, including but not limited to personal belongings, equipment, or vehicles. Participants are responsible for their own possessions and should take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings. 

9. Changes and Cancellations by Workshop Provider: Unaddicted (trading as Recovery Nutrition Ltd) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason. In such cases, participants will be offered a choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future workshop. 

10. Agreement Acceptance: By booking a workshop with Unaddicted (trading as Recovery Nutrition Ltd), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
