Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking your retreat with Recovery Nutrition Ltd. By booking a retreat with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

1. Refunds: All payments for our retreats are non-refundable and non-transferable Please note, you cannot transfer your booking to alternate retreat dates and you cannot transfer your booking to another guest. 

2. Travel insurance: Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. 

3. Therapeutic support: Our services are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Our services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling and trauma informed intervention. We will do everything in our power to maintain safe, therapeutic boundaries throughout our retreat. 

4. Injuries and health issues: By attending our retreat you assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which may incur through participation. It is your responsibility to ensure that a doctor has verified your good health and physical condition to participate in any of our retreat offerings. It is your responsibility to make the retreat provider aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the retreat services are provided. 

5. Confidentiality: We strive to maintain a confidential space during our retreats and ask that all participants maintain this agreement. In the event that yourself or someone else may be at risk of harm, we will break confidentiality as required. 

6. Photography and Media: To maintain the privacy of participants, photography and filming will only be allowed with consent of all the guests.

7. Intellectual Property: All content provided during the retreat, including materials, presentations, and resources, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any retreat materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the Organiser.

8. Alcohol: Alcohol is strictly prohibited. 

9. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to treat all fellow participants, staff, and the retreat property with respect and courtesy. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour may result in immediate expulsion from the retreat without refund. 10. Liability: Recovery Nutrition Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that may occur during the retreat, including but not limited to personal belongings, equipment, or vehicles. Participants are responsible for their own possessions and should take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings. 

11. Changes and Cancellations by Retreat Provider: Recovery Nutrition Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat for any reason. In such cases, participants will be offered a choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future retreat. 

12. Agreement Acceptance: By booking a retreat with Recovery Nutrition Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
